INCREASINGLY YOUTHFUL VOTERS

This is getting interesting. For back in 2004 (and again in recent days), we have started to hear about the need for this:
Some children don't hit 5ft (or as Lord Kinnock would probably say, 152.4 cm or 1.524 m) until they are well over age 11. (Some few never hit that height.) So, in saying they should be car seated until "at least 11", that might then of course mean age 12, or perhaps even ages 13 or 14.
I say interesting because we are probably fast approaching the privilege of living in a time when voters and indeed MPs will be merely a year or two away from having been in child car safety seats.
