NO LONGER A "SUSPECT" IS HE
The BBC reports:
Sooooooooo, there are actually Islamist terrorists in Britain, and convicted in a civilian court, too. . .
Gosh, they must have had a LOAD of evidence on this guy, to be able to get him in a CIVILIAN court.
Given that it usually takes more than two to make a good conspiracy, the acquittals and the dropped charges probably stem only from a lack of admissible civilian court evidence. It isn't illegal to use a photocopier, or to know someone, for example. And if the evidence isn't quite there, they go free.
However, what is clear from the Bourgass conviction is that something REALLY rotten was indeed going on in Wood Green. And by the way, if you have never been to Wood Green, well, let's put it this way: It ain't exactly the dream holiday destination. ¶ by Robert, Wednesday, April 13, 2005

Kamel Bourgass, 31, is already serving a life term after being convicted of murdering Detective Constable Stephen Oake during a 2003 raid in Manchester. . .

. . . On Friday a jury at the Old Bailey cleared Mouloud Sihali, David Khalef, Sidali Feddag and Mustapha Taleb of conspiracy to commit murder and conspiracy to cause a public nuisance.Wait a second. Acquittals? Dropped charges? Impossible. We thought that the justice system was rigged?
